Great news!

Grant received for the Playing Fields

We start the year with some good news as we are the proud recipients of a
grant for £5,000 from The Barmby Moor Kids Club which will be spent on
replacing some of the older wooden equipment.  We will also be adding to
the money from our own funds so your support of all our events is paying
off and there should be something to show for it!

More information about our plans for the money will be revealed at the PUB
night so come along and see what you think.

We are organising another *Pop Up Bar (PUB)at the Village Hall on Friday 9th
February  from 6.30pm onwards.  We will be doing the pizza's again and
we hope that you can come along to support us and tell anyone who may be interested.

There will be barrels of beer, wine, lager, cider, soft drinks and gin. It will
be a cash bar so come along and have an enjoyable evening whilst raising
funds for the Playing Fields!

  • We will also be selling 10" pizza's cooked to order. The flavours we have
    are:
    Margherita
    Pepperoni
    Spinach & ricotta
    Ham & pineapple
    Chargrilled vegetable

We are offering an *early bird *"Half Term Family Treat" which is 3 pizzas,
2 alcoholic drinks and 2 soft drinks for £20. *This is an early bird offer
and needs to be pre-ordered by 9pm on Wednesday night with your choice of
flavours. Please send me your order by 9pm Wednesday for the early bird
deal.* Individual pizza's will be available at £5 per pizza on the night
whilst stocks last.

Hope you can make it and help to raise funds for the Playing Fields. Our
plans for the new equipment will also be on display.

Thanks.

Vanessa

JACK AND THE BEANSTALK

A pantomime featuring The Vice Girls and The Full Panty!

Come along for a family evening of fun, food and laughter, featuring local performers from Everingham, Holme-on-Spalding-Moor, Seaton Ross and Hayton.

Is Giant Trump really a towering figure?

Will the Vice Girls score a number one hit?

Who will get the full panty?

Come along and boo the baddies and cheer the fairy, as she tries to keep the rabble together on their village tour in this original panto written by our very own Peter Thorp with songs from Roger Marsh and Anna Myatt.

Seaton Ross           Thursday 1st March 7pm for 7.30pm

Melbourne             Friday 2nd March  7pm for 7.30pm

Everingham            Saturday 3rd March  7pm for 7.30pm

The performances have been organised by Hilda Marsh, a pupil at Woldgate School, to raise funds for a school expedition to Nicaragua run by Outlook Expeditions, an organization that works together with schools and communities around the world. Students from Woldgate will volunteer in local schools, where educational funding is very low, as part of the project. The aim is to improve conditions by doing construction work as well as assisting with teaching.

Tickets cost £5 adult / £3 child and please call Anna for tickets  01430 861954.
