The People’s Pantry is open to everyone in need of help to support themselves and their families. It is a not for profit enterprise ran by volunteers and is a member of FareShare (a charity aimed at relieving food poverty and reducing food waste in the UK). Membership is being sponsored by the Pocklington District Lions Club.
We are offering a collection point at the back of Seaton Ross church. Just drop off anything and we will make sure it gets to The People’s Pantry (but no perishables please).
The Foodbank is open at the Old School in Holme on Spalding-Moor on Fridays from 11.00 to 12.00.
If any resident of Seaton Ross would like to use the pantry, please phone the Reverend Stephen Cope on 01430 626728. Your application will be treated in the strictest of confidence and it may be possible to help with transport.
