Wind farm propsed at Everingham Carrs

Wind turbine

Everingham Carrs Wind Farm was registered as a company in February of this year, backed by Whirlwind Renewables.

They are in the early stages of putting together proposals for 5 turbines of 115m height (377 ft) on land to the south of Everingham.

This would have a direct impact on properties in several surrounding villages including Seaton Ross and Holme upon Spalding Moor.

The proposals are not, as yet, officially in the public domain but have come to light because Everingham Hall has had to be contacted on account of its status as a Grade I listed building.
